Tides of Tenderness is a Spotify playlist with around 2000 active followers and growing everyday. It focusses on emotional indie folk in the style of Bon Iver, Novo Amor, Dustin Tebbutt, etc. The playlist consists of 50 tracks and is updated with 10 new tracks every Sunday. As stated above I am primarily looking for emotional and atmospheric indie folk, generally more acoustic leaning with gentle or less orthodox rhythmic instrumentation. I can sometimes accept tracks that fall a bit outside of that boat if they really speak to me, so if you think your track might fit even a little bit, don't hesitate to send it in! Upon being accepted your track will be added to the playlist for 5 weeks, starting in the top 10 and progressively moving down. After that, it might even be included in future rotations. I do not want to receive AI generated tracks and I only accept songs with English lyrics, so also no instrumental tracks. Looking forward to hearing your music!
