DJ BUFFALO - "Undiscovered Gems" is for independent artists who despite having pure compositional talent struggle to find space because they sound too "classic" and untrendy. As an artist, composer and producer I pay a lot of attention to the songwriting and production of the song regardless of the genre proposed but with the awareness of the efforts a musician without a big budget has to make to get a product that sounds professional. As a listener I love American country (old and new) and rock music (especially from the 70s and 90s). I look for songs with unexpected verses and fresh, catchy chorus. Always...keep on' rockin'! *If I deem some tracks I receive above average (obviously based on my own subjective and personal criteria) occasionally, without a schedule I share them in my instagram stories. Tip for artists: If your song is added on the playlist wait to submit another for at least four weeks (the minimum amount of time each song is allowed). I adopt a policy that each artist is allowed one slot at a time to give everyone a fair space... ...and last but not least: remember to spin "Undiscovered Gems" at least once to help all independent artists!
